We have pretty straight forward pricing for our labour. Other services such as software & hardware are difficult to list because different businesses require different solutions. We’re always happy to be upfront about pricing and provide written quotes on any software/hardware solution we recommend or that you require.
Payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard/American Express or for approved accounts payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
We carry EFTPOS with us onsite for your convenience.

Call Out Fee (Outside of Melbourne South-East 25KM Radius): – Charged by hourly rate based on travel time
Hourly Rate: $110 AUD Including GST
Minimums: 1 Hour
Outside Business Hours (By Appointment):
Call Out Fee (Within 25KM of Melbourne South-East area): $0
Call Out Fee (Outside of Melbourne South-East 25KM Radius): – Charged at after-hours rate
Hourly Rate: $165 AUD Including GST
Minimums: 1 Hour
Outside Business Hours (Emergency):
Call Out Fee (Within 25KM of Melbourne South-East area): $110
Call Out Fee (Outside of Melbourne South-East 25KM Radius): Charged at emergency rate
Hourly Rate: $220 Including GST
Minimum of 1 Hour + Call Out Fee Will be Charged.
